FAQ.
Q. How do you make sure the visuals match our brand?
We work from your brand guidelines, create a mini mood board, and agree a shot list and lighting approach before shoot day.
Q. What usage rights are included?
A broad commercial licence for your business across web, social, PR and paid ads. Third-party/partner use can be added.
Q. Can you shoot photo and video together?
Yes - your projects package can include both photography and videography a well as short-form videos designed for reels, stories and product pages if you require them. We can also create behind the scenes content while shooting as well.
Q. How many images will we receive?
This depends on the custom quote that we create together based on the scope of your project. We will decide on this during the initial consultation process and whether you want the option to purchase additional images after your shoot.
Q. Do you provide hair/makeup or wardrobe guidance?
Yes, we will provide our guides on wardrobe and can help you with creating a mood board that aligns with the dress code and colour palette. Hair and Makeup services can be arranged on request.
Q. Can you work across multiple locations in a day?
Yes, depending on the travel distance and set up times we can work across multiple locations in the same day. If this isn't possible, we can arrange a time to shoot at additional locations at another date.
